About us

Creative Needles, founded by Naomi Buckley in 2013 at Harts Barn Craft Centre in Longhope, has served the community with dedication and expertise. Following Naomi’s retirement in March of this year, it is my privilege to announce the reopening of the shop on Saturday, 6th September. The store is now conveniently situated at the end of the corridor, beyond the Tree Shop and Riverwood Bridal, while remaining within the Workshop Barn at Harts Barn Craft Centre.

Our focus will be on offering an extensive selection of needlecraft supplies, including materials for needle felting, tapestry, bargello, weaving, embroidery, and more. Additionally, we will provide a variety of haberdashery items, such as buttons, needles, trimmings, ribbons, and other essentials. Customers will also find a curated collection of handmade gifts available for purchase.
